Helford River
- Administrative Port: Newlyn
- County: Cornwall
The Helford River is a flooded river valley in Cornwall, England. The river has long been an important industrial and agricultural marine highway serving local mines, farms and quarries as well as the local fishing industry, however only the fishing industry remains today with local fishermen using the river to land their catch. Tourism and water sports are regarded as the main industry in Helford River today, however the Duchy Oyster Farm hopes to revive the historical oyster fishery here.[1]
