The city of Trévou-Tréguignec (from the Breton "Trev" which means "small parcel" and "Tréguignec" which means "locality") passes through a valley that leads north to the beach Trestel: a large white sand beach. On the western hill lies the town of Trévou and on the hillside east Tréguignec. In the valley lies the castle Boisriou amidst lakes and woods. The shore of the town is very diverse with some curious rocks. The coastline stretches from Port-Le Goff to Trélévern to go to Port-of-United King dunes of Port-Blanc.[1]

Vessel type 1= Coastal fishing vessels: Vessels which spend more than 75% of their time in the 12 nm zone.
Vessel type 2= Coastal/high sea vessels: Fishing vessels that fish 25% -75% of their time in the 12 nm zone.
Vessel type 3= High sea vessels: vessels that fish more than 75% of their time outside the coastal zone. These vessels fish offshore the French coast but are in some cases active in the coastal zone of other countries.[3]
