Definition of North Sea Conference:
The International Conferences on the Protection of the North Sea are political events where the ministers responsible for the protection of the environment meet for a broad and comprehensive assessment of the measures needed to protect the North Sea environment. Participants to the conference are either delegates from North Sea states or international observer organisations. The results of the conferences are recorded in the Conference Declarations [1]
