Axmouth
- Administrative Port: Brixham
- County: Devon
- Population: 496
Axmouth is a village in the east of Devon, England, near the mouth of the River Axe. The village itself is about 1 km inland, although the village extends to the sea. The active fishing fleet is very small and can be seen in action at Axmouth’s historic quay. The area is also popular with birdwatchers as the local environment is home to many birds including waders.[1]
