Depth: Maximum recorded depth below chart datum (expressed in metres).
The categories 'Depth' and 'Depth range' could be combined or kept separate. Further discussion required.
This trait refers to the range of depths at which the organism lives. It excludes the depth to which normally terrestrial species can dive.
